About the property

This three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is just a few minutes from the town of Bala, Ont. The four-season property backs onto a pond and is a short distance from a boat launch on Lake Muskoka. The cottage has great bonus spaces: a detached garage and a shed, both of which have the potential to be converted into guest bunkie spaces, and a screened-in porch on the side of the main cottage that has a door to one of the bedrooms. Inside the main cottage, there is open-concept flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A wood-burning fireplace gives the living space a cozy feel. The bathroom is three-piece, with a walk-in shower, and there is a laundry closet in one of the bedrooms. Close to amenities and great for year-round enjoyment, this cottage would make a great family getaway or a short-term rental property.
