Sesame Crusted Tuna with Salsa // Summer's Best, Episode: Cottage Comfort Foods

Sesame Crusted Tuna
4 lb. sushi grade tuna
1 tbsp coriander, whole
1 tbsp cumin, whole
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Salsa 1 tbsp paprika 1 jar sundried tomatoes 1 jar hot peppers, chopped 1 jar capers, crushed 3 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions:


Sesame Crusted Tuna
1. Cut tuna into individual steaks.
2. Combine seeds in a resealable plastic bag and crush. Pour seed mixture on to flat surface and dip individual steaks into crushed seed mixture.
3. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Salsa
Combine all ingredients well.

Grilling
Grill each steak on medium heat for two minutes per side.

Plating
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on grilled tuna and top with salsa. Serves 8.
