2 bottles of beer (preferabley dark ale) 4 dash hot sauce 6 tbsp sweet mixed pickle juice (90 ml) 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (30 ml) 1 cup soy sauce (250 ml) 8 cloves garlic minced dash salt and pepper 4 slabs pork ribs (1 will feed 2 adults)Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients and pour over the ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours. Cook over the BBQ for approximately 15 minutes on each side. Serves 7.
