Foghorn Cocktail // Summer's Best, Episode: Island Picnic
IngredientsInstructions:
4 cups water 1/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp honey 1 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped 3 lemons gin
1. Place water, sugar, honey and ginger in a pot and bring to a slow boil for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid and allow to cool.
2. Squeeze the juice of the lemons and add to cooled liquid. Pour the liquid in to a jug and top with ice. Fill each glass 3/4 of the way and top with gin.
