IngredientsInstructions:
scallops fresh thyme fresh basil 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (5 ml) 1 cup butter (250 ml) 4 small onions, finely chopped salt and pepper 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper(2.5 ml)
1. In a large mixing bowl combine softened butter, thyme, basil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, pepper and cayenne.
2. Layer 2 large pieces of tin foil. Drain scallops and place on top of the tin foil. Scoop mixture onto the scallops. Fold and seal the tin foil around the scallops.
3. Place in firepit directly on hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 8.
