Champagne Classic // Summer's Best, Episode: Westport Family Reunion 

Ingredients

4 drops Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
3/4 oz cognac
Champagne
Instructions:

Place the sugar cube in a Champagne flute and pour the bitters over the cube. Pour in the brandy and fill with Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.
