Cedar & Herb Salmon // Summer's Best, Episode: Ardal, Braunstein

Ingredients
1 cedar plank, water presoaked 1 large salmon fillet 1 bunch parsley 1 bunch sage 1 bunch lemon balm 1 bunch thyme 1 bunch basil 1 bunch oregano 1 large onion 1 lemon 1 cup canola oil (250 mi) 1/2 cup olive oil (175 mi) 2 tbsp sea salt (30 mi) 1 tbsp pepper (15 mi)
Instructions:

1. Rub olive oil over the cedar plank and lay the salmon fillet over top.
2. Chop onion, parsley, sage, lemon balm, thyme, basil and oregano. In a large bowl mix together with canola oil sea salt and pepper.
3. Place the mixture on the salmon fillet and cut lemon rinds on top of the herb mixture. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate till ready to barbeque.
4. Barbeque on medium high for 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 6.
