2 large heads of garlic 2 tbsp tablespoons olive oil (30 ml) 1 small round of Brie Seedless raspberry jam
1. Cut off heads of garlic. Drizzle olive oil on top. Wrap garlic in foil and place in oven at 350ºF (180ºC) or on BBQ at medium heat for 45 minutes. The garlic should be soft.
2. Five minutes before the garlic is done, wrap Brie in foil and place over low heat to soften.
3. Place garlic, Brie, jam and crackers on platter. Serves 5.
