30 graham crackers 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup almonds, chopped 1 L chocolate ice cream
1. Melt butter and sugar on stove top.
2. Line 10" x 15" pan with graham crackers. Drizzle melted butter and sugar over crackers. Sprinkle chopped almond on top.
3. Bake at 375ºF for 7-8 minutes.
4. Put a 1" x 2" slab of chocolate ice cream between two cooled graham crackers. Place sandwiches in freezer to set until ready to serve.
Makes 15 sandwiches.

- Serve with a drizzle of warm caramel sauce.
