A Mafco house living space is an alternative to conventional residential design and construction.
We use a
modular post and beam framing system which is based on a grid dimension, space requirements and the buildings
integration with the site. When an open plan and extensive walls of glass are desired, the post and beam
super structure provides a maximum degree of flexibility.
Built on piers, the buildings can accommodate sloped sites while being sensitive to the landscape. Roof lines are kept low and flat. They are engineered to withstand maximum slow loads while providing a truly sealed structure.
The standardization of glazing systems and the modular component structure simplify construction, resulting in cost savings at all stages of production.
