Wild Blueberry Muesli
Ingredients2 cups (500 mL) frozen Wild Blueberries
PreparationDefrost Wild Blueberries. Roast oatmeal about 3 minutes in toaster oven. Clean and core apples and cut in small cubes about 1/2 inch. Cut 8 slices for garnish. Mix cereals together and place in 4 bowls. Fill with milk. Place Wild Blueberries, almonds and apple over cereal. Garnish with a dollop of vanilla yogurt (about 2 tablespoons) and apple slices. May be kept in airtight container for future breakfasts or snacks.
Yield: Serves 4.
