Subscription Expiry Date
In the upper right-hand corner of your mailing label is your subscription expiry date, which shows the
last issue of your current subscription. Or you can check the status of your account online by clicking here.
Change of Mailing Address
Don't miss an issue! To change your mailing address click here. Make sure you have both your
old and new address handy. Please remember to allow six to eight weeks for changes of address to take effect,
as our mailing labels are printed several weeks before the issue is mailed.
Renewal and Billing Notices
Our renewal and invoices are generated about a week before they are mailed. With the delivery time, your
payment or renewal order may cross our notice in the mail. However if you receive another notice, please let
us know right away.

Back Issues
A limited amount of issues are available for sale from our offices. Orders must be pre-paid. The cost is
$9.72 CDN per copy, for Canadian orders, $16.95 USD for US orders, for international orders, please call
1-800-874-LAKE (5253). These prices include postage and handling.

Damaged or Missed Issues
If your issue arrives damaged, contact a Customer Service Representative by clicking here and we'll be happy to replace it for you.
If your magazine doesn't arrive, check the label of the last issue you received to be sure your subscription
has not expired, or click here to contact a Customer
