Sesame Crusted Tuna with Salsa // Summer's Best, Episode: Cottage Comfort Foods Sesame Crusted Tuna 4 lb. sushi grade tuna 1 tbsp coriander, whole 1 tbsp cumin, whole 1/4 cup sesame seedsInstructions: Sesame Crusted Tuna 1. Cut tuna into individual steaks. 2. Combine seeds in a resealable plastic bag and crush. Pour seed mixture on to flat surface and dip individual steaks into crushed seed mixture. 3.
