Boccocini Skewers // Summer's Best, Episode: Muskoka Gourmet Club

Ingredients
1 lb boccocini 1 baguette 2 tbsp olive oil 2 anchovies 1 tbsp butter salt and pepper
Instructions:

1. Cut cheese and bread into cubes. Put a cube of bread, a cube of cheese, and a cube of bread on a toothpick. Repeat.
2. Sauté anchovies in oil, add butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Lightly toast skewers on grill while brushing with anchovy sauce.
