Slice bananas and mix with the Banoffee curd. 3. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in the custard. 4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into the base of 8 glasses. Spoon half of the Banoffee mixture between the glasses, followed by half of the custard mixture. Repeat these layers, reserving a few crumbs for the top. Drizzle the tops with condensed milk and chocolate shavings. 5. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8. |
