SECOND PRIZE: Barbecue Beef Marinade // Mark Richardson IngredientsInstructions: 1. Whisk first 7 ingredients together in small bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until thoroughly blended and thickened. Add pepper to taste. 2. Place steak in resealable bag. Add marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. 3. Preheat grill on high for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium. Place steak in centre of grill and cook to desired doneness, turning once during cooking. Makes 4 servings. Cottage Tips:
