Jerk Chicken Burgers // Summer's Best, Episode: Summer's Bounty IngredientsInstructions: Jerk Chicken Burgers: 1. In a small pan, sauté garlic and shallots until soft, set aside to cool. Mix remaining ingredients together until combined. Add cooled garlic and shallots to chicken mixture, season with salt and pepper. 2. Fry 1 tbsp of mixture until well done. Taste and then adjust seasoning to mixture accordingly. 3. Shape and form the chicken mixture into patties. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill. 4. Grill on medium heat for 10 - 12 minutes.
