Grilled Pork Chops With Cider Reduction Glaze // Summer's Best, Episode: Fowler

Ingredients
20 pork chops Marinade: 3 cups apple cider (750 ml) 1 1/2 cups honey (375 ml) 3/4 cup Soya sauce (180 ml) 3 tbsp black pepper (45 ml) 3 tbsp fresh cilantro (45 ml) 12 cloves cloves of garlic 12 oz sliced onions (330 g) 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:

1. Combine all marinade ingredients over top of the pork chops.
2. Marinate pork chops for 6 hours. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place marinade in pan and bring to a simmer. Reduce the sauce to 1/3 of its volume. Puree the sauce.
3. BBQ the pork chops. Baste with sauce as they cook. Serve with extra sauce. Serves 10
