IngredientsInstructions: 1. Combine all marinade ingredients over top of the pork chops. 2. Marinate pork chops for 6 hours. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place marinade in pan and bring to a simmer. Reduce the sauce to 1/3 of its volume. Puree the sauce. 3. BBQ the pork chops. Baste with sauce as they cook. Serve with extra sauce. Serves 10 |
