GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Flaming Chicken Satay // Peter King IngredientsInstructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken, mixing until smooth. Pour into a resealable bag. Add chicken cubes. Mix well to coat chicken with sauce. Refrigerate overnight. 2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving no space between cubes but not too tightly. 3. Grill skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes about 10 skewers. Cottage Tips:
