Cut down back of shrimp with a sharp knife and remove the black vein. 2. Cut cheese into slivers and stuff into opening along back of shrimp. 3. In a frying pan, partially cook bacon until about half done but still limp. Wrap a slice of bacon around the shrimp, holding the cheese in place. Secure the bacon with a toothpick. 4. Barbecue over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning often until the bacon is fully cooked and shrimp is pink. Makes 15-20 pieces. Cottage Tips:
