Personal Pizzas // Summer's Best, Episode: Playgroup Lunch 2 packages Greek style pitas: 1 regular, 1 whole wheat 1 jar tomato sauce 1 pkg pepperoni 1 pkg shredded mozzarella 1 pkg shredded cheddar 1 green pepper, diced 1 red pepper, diced 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup pineapple, diced 1 can black olives 1 jar green olives 1 red onion, chopped 1 1/2 cup cooked hamInstructions: 1. Set up a workstation, with all of the toppings in little bowls. Place the pitas in the centre. 2. Each child has a piece of foil to place the pita on for assembly. Demonstrate the assembly of one pizza. Suggest a face-making contest. 3. On medium to low heat, barbecue the pizza's until done, about 5 minutes. |
