Marinated Flank Steak // Summer's Best, Episode: Craik

Ingredients
2 lb. flank steak 1/2 cup olive oil (125 ml) 1/2 cup white wine (125 ml) 4 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, grated (15 ml) 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (30 ml) 3 green onions, chopped 2 cups light Japanese soy sauce (500 ml)
Instructions:

1. Place flank steak in a flat shallow dish. In separate bowl combine soy sauce, olive oil, white wine, minced garlic, minced ginger, Dijon mustard, and chopped green onions. Mix and pour over the flank steak. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to a day. 2. When ready to prepare, remove flank steak from marinade and place on a hot grill pan or barbeque. Grill for about 3 or 4 minutes per side (for rare), or up to 5 minutes for medium.
