Vacation Time Realty Ltd.is a Real Estate Brokerage active in renting out
private cottages in Muskoka for over 17 years. Our flexible rentals enable
you to rent by the week, month or season. Rental rates range from $500 to $8,500 per week. All funds are protected in a Real Estate Trust Account.

How do you book your dream cottage rental?

All cottages are viewed by the company and security deposits are collected.
For the protection of both the renter and owner, rental agreements must be
signed. Our web site includes a full description of each cottage, rates,
availabilty, still photos, a movie clip and aerial photo. Free dvds are
available upon request.

Thinking about renting your cottage?

We have no sign up fees, as the owner only pays for performance. Owners
always have the final say before we rent. Rental contracts are signed
by all parties.

Vacation Time Realty Ltd. is a member of the Muskoka Real Estate Board,
Ontario Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, Muskoka
Lakes Association, Muskoka Tourism and all the local Chambers.

We occupy a professional main street office in Gravenhurst where we are open
6 days a week and available 7 days a week. Our staff includes a Broker of
Record and Broker experienced and available to offer both rental and sales
services. Mandatory education courses are attended throughout the year and
our company is available to provide investment information prior to the
purchase of a cottage property.
