Over the years we have found that certain geographic areas have problems with downdrafts, which can cause unpleasant odours from your vent stack to linger at ground level. The Odour Eliminator was designed and manufactured by Porters to combat these odours.

The odour eliminator is ideal for rooftop vent stacks, septic drain field vents, and holding tanks vents. It eliminates unpleasant septic odours from vent stacks which can be caused by down drafts or heavily wooded areas with reduced air flow.

The odour eliminator is easy to install. It is designed to fit the conventional 3" vent stack, but can be easily adapted for other sizes.

The odour passes through the Odour Eliminator and is filtered out through the charcoal fitlration media before escaping into the air.

The life span of the charcoal filtration averages it is not limited to a specific time period. Some of our customers get 2 years out of the charcoal filtration media, while other customers are able to get 5+ years.

To replace the filtration compound, you will need to remove the Odour Eliminator from its base, remove the plug, discard the contents and replace the filter using the refill packages that can be puchased from our office.
